10.0Posizione ottima al centro di Siderno e a due passi dal mare, Camera molto grande con tutti i confort necessari, stesso dicasi per il bagno. Molto pulito e con una cucina tutta a disposizione. Andrea il proprietario ragazzo davvero gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.

7.0Location was great and room was very clean and had comfy beds. I appreciated the fact that the owners were concerned about environmental issues, i.e. they had a sign asking that people turn off the heat/air conditioning when they left the space.
− The water pressure in the bathroom was very low. I visited in March, when it was still cold, and there was no heat in the bathroom (that I could find) and it was very cold in that room. Also, I was given 3 keys for entry to my room. The keys had to be unlocked and locked every time you left, and it was hard to get the keys in the lock correctly, as well as getting them out of the lock.

10.0La colazione è stata genuina ed ottima, consumata al bar sito al piano di sotto. La posizione dell'appartamento in zona centrale ha consentito di muoverci in città senza necessità di usare l'auto, parcheggiata fra l'altro gratuitamente sotto casa. Andrea è stato sempre disponibile ed ha dimostrato grande professionalità.

8.0Posizionato al centro di Siderno offre quanto descritto ovvero una grande stanza con aria condizionata un letto matrimoniale e un lettino, un bagno con doccia, wc, bidet, lavabo grande. Disponibilità del host. la colazione viene effettuata al bar sottostante con dei buoni e ottima pasticceria.
− La stanza era greande forse l'unica cosa che mancava erano due sedie per poggire i vestiti ma in compenso c'era lo stendino per la biancheria.
