5.0La disponibilità e cordialità della signora della struttura. Il ticket colazione al bar.
− 1) asciugamano unico per doccia e viso. Erano presenti per le mani e il viso dei pannetti in fibra di cellulosa simili a pannetti tipo swiffer.. non erano adeguati ne funzionali. Il proprietario ci ha detto che la soluzione proposta era la più igienica e adeguata! rimane un suo punto di vista che non condivido.. 2) non aver potuto la sera dopo le 21:00 accendere il climatizzatore nonostante la giornata di oltre 30 gradi. Faceva caldo all'interno della casa al piano di sopra perché il soffitto aveva trattenuto il calore.. la finestra era presente e non erano presenti zanzariere ma aprendola ci siamo invasi di zanzare. Il proprietario chiamato al telefono, visto che cercavano il telecomando del climatizzatore, ci ha detto che non erano autorizzati ad accendere i climatizzatori.. ancora non capisco il senso della risposta, abbiamo faticato parecchio la notte a prendere sonno. Volevamo solo fare rinfrescare la stanza per un paio di ore. Mia moglie ha problemi pressori e non mi è sembrato corretto. Siamo rimasti un po' male sinceramente ..
