7.0Il bagno era in condizioni perfette. Pulito. Tutto ok. L'accesso semplice. L'host molto disponibile. Non abbiamo usufruito della cucina perchè da amici ma ci sembrava ben tenuta e attrezzata. Posizione ottima.
− In estate o le zanzariere o l'aria condizionata. La mancanza di tutte e due impedisce un sonno "fresco". Il ventilatore non è in buone condizioni la grata di protezione è lenta. Sotto il letto non era ben pulito.

7.0Struttura situata in posizione ottimale per visitare il centro, dentro la ZTL quindi l'automobile deve essere parcheggiata fuori da quella zona. Noi abbiamo trovato parcheggio facilmente su strisce blu in zona. L'appartamento si trova in un antico palazzo, le stanze sono abbastanza spartane ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo in generale è molto buono. C'è una cucina a disposizione degli ospiti.

3.0L'emplacement, à deux pas de la piazza del popolo.
− Ce bed and breakfast (sans breakfast) porte bien son nom : il est antique. Décor d'un autre âge, literie à bout de souffle, pas de climatisation avec un ventilateur totalement inefficace. On doit donc laisser la fenêtre ouverte et là, le bruit empêche de dormir.. Les informations concernant le parking dans la rue sont fausses. L'établissement est situé en ZTL. On ne peut donc entrer dans la zone sans risquer une grosse amende. La meilleure solution est de laisser la voiture au parking Torricella situé à dix minutes à pied. 15 € pour 18 heures. Bref, cet établissement est à éviter.
