10.0Very friendly staff. The Italian breakfast was very good. The rooms have an AC and the bathrooms are very beautiful. The Villa is located optimally close to the boarder at Chiasso and to the Lago di Como. We've been staying with a 1-year old and the owners were very helpful regarding this. We will gladly come again.
