4.0I cleaned the house and remove all the trash to the bin and tie the bed, the owner was asking for the house to be 100% clean, My understanding the deep cleaning shall be by cleaner. Also the Owner was asking for the remote, and was saying it was missing, I am pretty sure he doesn't have a good look

− Kettle keep boiling Shower does not flow well Pillows are hard Some pillow covers have covers that looks like they are not regularly cleaned. However, I did like staying there
Not a relaxing time. The owners need to realise that people are on holidays and their to enjoy themselves
5.0Location was great as it was close proximity to family and friends. That’s why I booked it. It also allowed other family members to stay at same property.
− Well there is multiple things that were a problem. It’s advertised as a 2 bedroom but actually the second bedroom is in the lounge room with a screen. There is minimal cooking facilities microwave didn’t work 1 hot plate then a bbq which is ok. Sink is the laundry tub. One afternoon Jan the manager that lives on the property abused us for noise (3pm) because our 2 adult sons and our 3 year old granddaughter were enjoying the pool. Then went onto tell us that we can’t have visitors AT ALL!!! At no point did we make noise after 9:30pm and most of the time we were away from the property. The pool wasn’t clean after this afternoon ( see pictures)

− Jan's attitude to having guests come over to visit at 3pm in the afternoon & complaining about noise , When you have paid for the holiday to see family . We are non smokers & they smoke in their residence next to the one bedroom apartment & our room stunk of smoke the whole time. Got in trouble for leaving air conditioning on for the day but it was the only way to get rid of the smell. They are quick to have signs in the room for guests not to smoke in the rooms . May practice what you preach.

1.0Nothing like it is advertised. Its not a retreat its a bnb with two dogs. I didn’t even stay there and lost all money no refund at all! Not a safe area
