Great location lovely pub with good pub grub.
8.0Had dinner in the pub but didn't have breakfast
− Room, being an attic room, was too hot Bathroom was very well appointed but the bath/shower access was a bit tricky as the side was very high and yet strangely the toilet was very low.
Lovely location well worth the 2-1/2 hour journey
10.0Loved the location and the beautiful room we had, food was great will definitely be back
− Nothing
A great new find and somewhere I'd like to spend more time.
9.0Just an overnight stay whilst visiting the Henley Festival so didnt spend any time there apart from sleeping, but the staff were so friendly and helpful with facilitating my early arrival to change and store my bags.
− Zero phone signal. Arrived back at midnight on the day of a heatwave and the windows were closed up - if someone could have opened them at dusk or put the fan on, it would have made it a little more bearable.

9.0Super cute village, very peaceful surroundings and cosy hotel
Beautiful place with a great garden in a very English village!
10.0Everything was amazing. Staff was very accomodating for early check in/access to room. The place is simply charming! Would go again in a heartbeat!
We enjoyed our stay as the location of the pub was ideal for our needs and quiet.
9.0A perfect place to stay for what we were doing near Henley. It was quiet and the room/bathroom was very nice and comfortable. The property had a nice feel about it.
− The bathroom had a bath which was great but the soap/shampoo dispensers were attached to the tiled wall in completely the wrong place. They weren’t near the shower head so you had to walk to the end of the bath to use them. And, sitting in the bath was even worse because you had to get up every time you wanted to use the soap. This is not easy for an older person and, in fact, it is incredibly dangerous. I had to unscrew the soap dispenser, by the basin, and put it on the edge of the bath and use it that way. It is a bad design and unthoughtful. Not ideal. It was unexpected to find that the pub car park was pay and display. Surely this will stop customers from coming to stay or drink/eat there? We did not have breakfast because we were horrified that it was not included in the price of the room. We thought the room price was quite expensive for what we were getting and felt that breakfast should definitely have been included. What’s more, our friends had to pay £4 for a cup of coffee!
