− Camera senza televisione bagno proprio una cosa ristretta colazione solo dolce e il famoso ciambellone esperienza che non rifarei

− Abbiamo dovuto arrivare dopo l’orario stabilito perché faceva caldo… solo per la padrona di casa, per gli altri no!? Entriamo in camera e ci viene detto che le zanzariere si sono rotte di recente peccato che se hai un po’ d’occhio ti rendi conto che sono così da parecchio tempo. La colazione è inesistente, le marmellate fatte in casa che sono descritte sul sito non le abbiamo viste, il caffè è sicuramente migliorabile, il dolce che ci è stato portato è un plum-cake confezionato. Ti viene chiesto cosa vuoi ma se ci fosse un buffet uno si sceglierebbe come far colazione. La bottiglia d’acqua che abbiamo chiesto è arrivata calda e con i bicchieri di plastica, proprio non si può vedere! Ci viene chiesto se la camera fosse da pulire e gentilmente diciamo che si può fare il giorno dopo… peccato che nessuno è mai passato a fare nulla. Non c’è tv in camera e la password del Wi-Fi è da chiedere. La piscina è un plus ma purtroppo visto che il giardino è pieno di piante non molto curate e pieno di gatti, ha anche foglie e sporco portato dal vento oltre che ad uso prevalente della famiglia ospitante. Ringraziamo ma sicuramente non torneremo

9.0Posto incantevole, il giardino con il patio e la piscina sono un vero paradiso. È un' oasi di pace. La signora Giovanna è molto accogliente e prepara delle deliziose colazioni. In queste giornate così calde, la stanza rimaneva fresca anche senza accendere l'aria condizionata. La posizione è eccellente per visitare l'Umbria

7.0Abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza ad Assisi e ai luoghi più importanti. Piacevole anche la tranquillità e la piscina.
− L' odore dei gatti abbastanza intenso e la mancanza del frigorifero,del piatto doccia e di qualche presa extra vicino al letto.
