10.0The Blue Mantle is well situated. Just a short walk from the busy part of Wellington. There was plenty of free parking outside. The bedroom was clean.comfy and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I've stayed in 2 other places in Wellington and the Blue Mantle is my favourite.
