Stressful. The owner treated me with disrespect.
1.0− The owner of the accommodation is very rude. I had a double payment issue and he was not helpful with the situation at all.

− Mould in the room, difficult to sleep in and not really clean. The room inside the shared house was noisy and unable to sleep well due to noise
Did not even get the manager to speak to. The cleaner shut us out

− When I got to the lodge, I was told it was full and had no place to stay after paying for it. I had to look for alternative options. This was pathetic
