BEAUTIFUL Country Manor Home with Delightful Hosts
10.0The Ballymote Country House was just lovely. Beautifully appointed, clean, comfortable and with charming hosts. We very much enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend it. The rooms were wonderful and there was a nice reading area in the hallway outside of our rooms. Lots of interesting books and historical materials. The house dates to the early 1700s and has lots of character. It is also on land with lots of horses. Nicola and James were delightful---and Nicola made us an absolutely wonderful Irish breakfast. Thank you for an amazing stay and we will definitely be back!

10.0We had an amazing time at Ballymote. The owners are great hosts, friendly, and full of local knowledge. The beds are very comfortable, and the whole property is beautiful. The breakfast was great and varied and always accommodated to our preference. We would stay here again
