Prachtig, maar zeer slechte service/communicatie

− Pas bij aankomst werd medegedeeld dat er geen ontbijt op locatie was, maar kregen we vouchers. Hierdoor moesten we met 2 jongen kinderen in de ochtend met de auto om ergens anders te ontbijten. Daarnaast werden ter plekke nieuwe openingstijden voor het zwembad ingevoerd, waardoor het zwembad 2 uur dicht ging, precies tijdens de uren dat wij er gebruik van hadden willen maken. Tijdens de boeking stonden er andere openingstijden vermeld. Zelfs op de informatie in de kamers stonden andere openingstijden. Vervolgens werd ons ook nog gevraagd om niet in zwemkleding van het zwembad naar onze kamers te lopen. Wat ik een vrij gekke opmerking vind in een agriturismo met zwembad (en 35 plus graden). Al helemaal omdat er als reden werd toegevoegd dat de man van de eigenaresse soms rondliep. De receptie/eigenaren dachten niet met ons mee en maakte geen excuses. In principe hebben ze het ontbreken van ontbijt goed opgelost met het geven van de vouchers. Maar als we dit van te voren hadden geweten hadden we ergens anders geboekt. Erg slechte service. Zonde, want het is een hele mooie plek!

8.0Mon copain et moi avons bien aimé cet appartement avec une jolie vue sur Florence et les vignobles environnants. La propriétaire Anna est gentille et nous a bien accueillis. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et nous y étions seuls. Nous avons également soupé à l’extérieur et ce fut un très beau moment. À noter qu’on entend l’autoroute qui passe tout près, mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé.
− L’appartement pourrait être mieux équipé en ce qui concerne les ustensiles et il serait bien d’avoir des capsules de café pour la cafetière.
