Like living in an episode of Fawlty Towers, left feeling unshowered but entertained.
3.0Location overlooking Waitomo and ease of access to the caves and entertaining host.
− Extremely tired decor. Think grandmothers house 50 years ago. Sudden loss of hot water for showers in the morning due to gas bottle running out unexpectedly. Also no hairdryer.
Everything very beautiful and cozy, breakfast is excellent, wonderful place, 2 minutes from the caves.
