− Había que hacer largas colas para desayunar, no me parece admisible para un hotel que aspira ser de categoría. No volvería por eso. En otra ocasión me alojé en el Pulmman el Bosque y fue MUY superior en todo. El desayuno tampoco era gran cosa. Me decepcionó bastante

− En el front desk, al momento del check-in, me han solicitado un comprobante del uso de mis puntos que utilicé para pagar mi estadía en la aplicación. La forma en que fue solicitado me pareció dura e improcedente, ya que la persona no intentó buscarla en su sistema y alegó que era mi responsabilidad. Cuando la persona a cargo se dio cuenta del problema, lo resolvió de inmediato sin pedirme nada. Lamentablemente, en la mañana de mi salida se me intentó cobrar la diferencia abonada mediante la quema de puntos. Esto denota una falla importante entre el sistema del hotel y el de la aplicación. Se crea una situación incómoda porque te hace sentir como si fueras un mentiroso.
