5.0A szoba tágas, a balkon is megfelelő, de nincs elszeparálva a szomszédoktól. A szoba tiszta, de nagyon régies. A szőnyegpadló beszívta már a szagokat. Összességében rendben van, de ár-érték arányban nem azt adta, amit vártunk.
