10.0Ideale Lage um Essen zu gehen, zum Strand zu fahren oder die Lakritzfabrik mit Museum zu besuchen.
− Wenn man vom Strand/Bahnhof kommt, liegt der Eingang in einer leichten Rechtskurve rechts, wodurch man in der Einbahnstraße schnell vorbeifährt. Also aufpassen.

8.0Proprietario gentile e tempestivo nel chiarire ogni dettaglio. Camera nuova e molto pulita. Per la colazione c’è sia un area all’entrata sia la colazione inclusa da consumare nel bar sotto la struttura!
− Il corridoio della stanza presentava dei buchi nel muro che collegavano ad un piano accanto in costruzione, quindi aperto. Non era molto rassicurante ma nonostante ciò non ci sono stati problemi. Camere poco insonorizzate…
