Nie ma przesady ani sztuczności — jest za to autentyczność, wyczucie i bardzo ludzka atmosfera, która robi ogromne wrażenie i zostaje z człowiekiem na dłużej. Widać, że to miejsce zostało stworzone z sercem. Czuć to w każdym detalu, w komforcie pobytu, w pięknie zadbanych wnętrzach i w tym, jak naturalnie łączą się tu architektura, historia budynku i obecny charakter tego miejsca. To nie są tylko ładne elementy w tle, ale coś, co realnie buduje całe doświadczenie i sprawia, że Villa Elise ma własną, wyjątkową tożsamość. Obsługa zasługuje na bardzo duże uznanie — serdeczna, uważna, pomocna, a przy tym dyskretna i nienachalna. Człowiek czuje się tu swobodnie, spokojnie i po prostu dobrze zaopiekowany.
