− Vi blev opgraderet til en nedgradering. Vi blev lovet balkon/altan, men fik ingen af delene. Meget mørk "lejlighed", som hverken havde kroge til håndklæde og meget dårlig belysning især på badeværelset. Sengen var ringe. Ingen topmadras og stift sengelinned

Nu mi s a întâmplat niciodată să nu găsesc frigider intr o unitate de cazare ceea ce a fost un real disconfort

− Ușile scârțâiau , nu am găsit pahare , patul din dormitor suspendat pe lăzi de bere , în cabina de duș fire de curent la vedere, lipsa frigiderului și a balconului care era specificat în descrierea apartamentului.
