Great stay for a short trip
8.0Emilia was super nice and attentive. It is a great B&B if you travel through Italy and need an overnight stay.

− The structure is very aseptic it feels a little cold. It is very well noise insulated from the outside but not from the corridor. We could hear everything at all times

10.0The yellow room is so cute! And silent, its windows are not facing the street. The owner Emilia is kind and goes above and beyond to accommodate the needs of the guests. The B&B is very clean, modern; there's a shared kitchen in the property (3 rooms in total) and I was able to make myself a tea at night. Abundant breakfast. The B&B is nearby Massimo Bottura's Casa Maria Luigia, so perfect for visits at the restaurant and for Modena.
− For late sleepers - while being in my room, I heard noise in the corridor and in the shared kitchen spaces from 8AM onwards, so just to keep that in mind.
