Ideal location. Spacious and clean

Nothing - very hot week and no option of fans to keep there guests happy, considering I told them my partner was having twins so we were made to bake all weekend. Beds are very uncomfortable and we took my partner’s parents over and it’s advertised as 2 bedrooms and in pictures looks like 2 x double beds but one is just a bit bigger than a single. Toilet roll we had to 2 rolls for 4 humans ( pregnant lady) for 4 nights. Very noisy as a pub is next door which we actually called the pub and they told us it’s not there problem and they can play music till 4am if they want so couldn’t even keep windows open to let air in through the night unless you wanted to feel like you was in a night club. Asked the host could we check in an hour earlier as was over on the boat for my mums 60th and had no where to wait for the extra hour and was not even a bit of consideration it was just a plain blanket no even though we was told we had to check out at 10 am so what was the cleaner going to do from 10 -4 pm in there ?

− Location , Hosts (money money money on there mind no care ) Noise Dirty and balcony and staircase up to it not at correct regulations

Well appointed rooms ,everything that was needed . Clean and comfortable.

− The balcony floor was in need of a clean .the wooden railing needed sanding and varnishing . The approach along the landing was dirty and the wooden railing needed sanding and varnishing . We were not expecting the apartment to be as nice as it was on the approach.

Rooms were comfortable and of a good size. A well equipped kitchen. the shower has a good water flow and size. balcony overlooking the strand with chairs and a table. A great location for the beach, shops, pubs, restaurants etc.. The bedrooms had plenty of space no shuffling around the bed.

− confusion about parking!!! the letting company said no parking when i first looked and booked it said there was parking for one car. I booked well in advance and since then the description had changed to no parking. when we arrived to unload the owners sister who lives in another flat said we could park in the altercated space for flat 6. warning if you have a large vehicle you wont be able to get around the tight narrow corner, we have V.W Golf and that was a tight fit. The flats and shops are all up for sale as a unit. so parking may well be removed.

This place is in a good location parking good But the value is not great it needs a good deep.clean 😕 needs curtains made to fit as they hanging to long windows need cleaning if they put a little through into it it could be lovely lots of the paint work is just patch up celling looks like there been a leak light fitting hanging off the ceiling it needs new seatee as they too low bathroom needs walk in shower and shower head needs good clean

− Only thing location is good parking lots of TLC in this apartment
