4.0A lakás tágas, kényelmes és tiszta volt. A Györkőc fesztiválra érkeztünk, gyalogosan, kényelmesen elértünk mindenhova.
− A hírdetés szerint az apartmanhoz tartozik, zárt parkoló, klíma és internet. A zárt parkoló egy utcai egyéb társasházhoz tartozó utcai parkoló volt +10 euróért.... A klíma nem hűtött, 17 fokon is csak a levegőt forgatta. Mikor átvettem a kulcsokat és felmentünk a lakásba minden redőny le volt húzva, és a lakásban iszontató hőség, levegőtlenség volt. Egyből kérdeztem, hogy klíma ugye van és működik? A válasz az volt, természetesen. Kipakoltunk, bekapcsoltuk és vártuk a csodát. Mivel közel 3 óra alatt a 17 fokra állított berendezés semmit nem hűtött, felhívtuk a szállásadót. A válasza az volt, hogy az előző vendég nem panaszkodott, de estére "jó hűs" lesz nyissunk inkább ablakot.... Hamar kiderült az internet sem működik,a WIFI-re csatlakoztunk, de internet nem volt. Másnap ezt is jeleztük, a válasz az volt, "hogy valóban lehetnek gondok, mert minidg szolgáltató váltás van, nagyon sajnálja" (vagyis tudták, jól, hogy nem fog működni a szolgáltatás). Éjszaka mivel nyitott ablaknál kellett aludnunk, minden behallatszódott... A szemben lévő hotelbe vendégek érkeztek, akik hangosan kihangosítva beszéltek a recepcióval, bőröndöket húzgaltak, ez 2-szer is megtörtént az éjszaka folyamán. Szóval a kifizetett szolgáltatásokból 3 van nem működött, vagy nem úgy, ahogy ez le volt írva.... Éjszaka hangzavar volt... Mikor másnap jeleztük elégedetlenségünket egy ingyen reggelivel akartak kárpótolni minket, ezt nem fogadtuk el, utána mondta a szállásadó, hogyha legközelebb Győrben járunk hívjuk fel és kapunk egy kedvezményesen árat. Na már most, ezt, pl egy év múlva a következő fesztiválon, nem tudom, hogy fogom érvényesíteni.... Őszintén bánom, hogy előre kifizettem a szállást. Utólagos fizetésnél, biztosan panaszt tettem volna és nem fizettem volna ki a teljes összeget.

9.0− Šeimininkė ar administratorius, priskaičiavo daugiau pinigų nei buvau užsakęs Booking. ir paklausus kodėl, suka temą i kitą, šneka nesąmones, kadangi mokėjau kortele, tai sako neįmanoma gražinti. priskaičiavo 57 eurais daugiau. Žodžiu mokėkitė per Booking, nemokėkite vietoje.

− A kanape alvasra alkalmatlan. A haloszobaban max 140 cm szeles agy van, nem biztos, hogy ket felnott kenyelmesen elfer. A nappali, etkezoben a barszek szinten kenyelmetlen, igenytelen huzatboritassal. Darabszama nem egyezik a vendeg szammal. (5) fo. A furdoben elhelyezett ferfi-noi tusfurdos flakonokban nem a cimke szerinti termek talalhato, hanem ugyanaz a folyekony olcso kategorias szappan. Latszik, hogy nem a minoseg a szempont. Az 5 fos apartmannak eladott szallas 3 fore kenyelmes. Hosszu tavra foleg nem ajanlom.
