8 The Loan had everything we needed. The location was quiet and was central for touring the area. The pressure in the shower was great. Parking was right at the door which was ideal. The milk and biscuits were appreciated.

Lovely little Loan in Lauder

Cosy apartment, back courty, close to central Lauder, easy parking and entrance, nice new kitchen and bathroom

− Shower taps are weirdly a very long way from the shower head

The apartment consists of the ground floor of a house so is all on the level. The conversion has been done to an exceptionally high standard. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The linen and furnishings are of good quality.

− The two double bedrooms are both "cozy". There is an outside seating area with a table and chairs but it's not at present hugely inviting. I suspect the weather had something to do with this as it became sunny part way through our stay and was poor before then and any guests would be unlikely to venture out.

Excellent stay. Lovely accommodation for relaxing in the evening after a couple of eventful days

Excellent location for our event and property was exactly what we needed. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfy. Milk and biscuits provided for us which was great that we could have a cuppa and a biscuit on arrival.
