Everything the lady was so nice and helped us a lot

− It’s not that we didn’t like it but I would have preferred an electric hot tub as the wood burner was a nightmare for someone who hasn’t got a clue what she is doing however when I asked for help we had it straight away so we were very great full

We loved how quirky the hut was. It was peaceful and had everything we needed to relax and take the break we needed. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. Spotlessly clean.

− Nothing to dislike everything was to a high standard. If I had to give a negative, I'd say a small sofa would be more comfortable than the 2 separate chairs, but that's just being picky. Overall we loved it ❤️

Beautiful location very clean and quiet. Hot tub was lovely and definitely the draw here. Little things missing like tea and milk would have been nice. Glad we had a fire pit for cooking, a little umbrella would have been good for the rain when you want to be out of the hut. The site has a heated pool which was welcoming.

− Our power to the whole hut went out on our last night from 9pm and I had to call aroind/speak with the booking.com team. My partner had to fault check the wires etc, turn it all off and it turned out to be the hot tub as the 2 huts were on the same wiring system After he went around all the plugs etc, it took a good hour. No check in the morning to apologise or check all is ok. Given we were only there the weekend, it did take the shine off and let the experience down some what

Lovely shepherd's hut if I hadn't had balance issues

− Distance from the village/beach Non fixed steps up to the bed meaning my visits to the bathroom would have been dangerous. Have to explain that the company didn't know I had balance issues from a brain injury. I didn't expect the bed to be like a bunk bed. Left within a couple of hours of arrival

We enjoyed the stay very much.

I thought that picking up the keys from a locked box was a good idea. The location was really good.

− I tried to set up the WiFi a couples of times on my phone. In the book it showed different lettering to what was written on the board and I couldn't set the free WiFi up.
