Fantastic location to the village, ski in/ski out is amazing. The hot tub and the view from the balcony is the best. The apartment for a family of six was spacious and had great facilities with the drying room and the laundry.

− The cleanliness the apartment was not great; needs a good deep clean. The main issue was the host while we stayed at the accommodation was not the most helpful/friendly. As an accommodation owner myself I understand the logistics of same day change overs. We had made a simple request to leave our luggage in the garage for two hours as our transport was not able to collet us at the 10am check out time. This was not even considered, and it was more about the attitude towards this request.

Location, hot tub, fireplace.

− Cleaning staff are holiday makers on working visas so wasnt really clean- fairly rushed job noticeable. Couches very stained and couch cushions probably never washed. No instructions on using the heaters/ fireplace. Mattresses in some bedrooms sinking in middle and needing replacement. House was cold when we arrived (12degrees set on thermometer) and took a full 24hrs to warm up - pre heating would have been nice since knew we were coming). Cleaner was at the door at 1min before check out time, feel like being rushed out (just finished packing car anyway)

Absolutely epic. Loved the location and all the facilities in the house.

Plenty of room for 9 people. We purchased an air mattress to accommodate our 10th guest as the sofa is not really comfortable for 2 people (would be fine for little kids). LOVED THE HOT TUB!! Loved the gas fire place. The heating in the downstairs drying room was epic and fully dried all boots and gear overnight. The location is literally one of the best on the mountain! We could easily walk to all bars, restaurants, ski hire, shops, market and the best pizza on the hill just downstairs!

− Some of the power points in the kitchen were not working. Could do with a vacuum between the couch cushions and under the coffee table. There were not baking trays.

near to the main big white ski resort, near restaurants and grocery stores, easy check in and out, complete kitchenwares to use, high ceiling, hot tub is a plus

− experienced leaking. the water was dripping on the kitchen area, near the sink for a while

The living room was fantastic, Hot Tub got a lot of use and fit 6 adults. The industrial washer/dryer was welcomed after a long days skiing. Location was also great too, close to bars, shops and a short walk off the mounttain after a days skiing.

− Bunk bed was quite creeky and the top bunk made loud noises
