4 night stay, very peaceful but take an extra fan. We enjoyed put time away with access to local beaches and walks.

Close to beach and restaurant/pub with outside seating. Fan in both bedrooms. Huge fridge. Walk in shower. Quiet area. Outside school holidays. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, mugs and glasses. We ate out at lunch and dinner. Useful folder of essentials for the house and local attractions. Ideal place for the 2 of us.

− Blinds got so hot when down all day yet whole house was a sauna. I know it’s been hot in UK this summer. Stayed out of the house after breakfast until evening as too hot, even with windows and doors opened on shady side. No blind in the toilet/bathroom so very hot from early on until sun went over. House has pitched roof so would be even hotter in a lot of the flat roofed houses. Bed in main room facing sun all day. Couldn’t sleep in it as the foam mattress gave off so much heat, had to sleep on a bunk bed. We took free standing fan so useful downstairs. No phone signal at the house, restaurant or beach with Vodaphone. WiFi great. Drain in sink smelt bad. Instructions for rubbish: said Friday pick up but they came on Wednesday. Recycling and waste bins outside still had previous renter’s recycling and waste in them when we left on Friday so nothing was emptied from at least 2 rentals. Not a nice smell from the food waste bin, albeit in an outdoor plastic crate, facing the sun.

The location is perfect for both beach and walking. The coast line is beautiful. We walked from the property to Tenby, had burgers and beers, and then got the train back to Lamphy. The property is very well equipped, and we loved having both a dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen was very well equipped.. The fans were extremely useful on very hot days.. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was great.

− Very small things really. The tin opener does not work very well, and the chopping knives could do with a sharpen.

Great location, close to the beach. Everything you need for comfortable stay and good communication. We had a lovely few days, despite some rubbish weather it was great to come back to a warm and welcoming house.
