− The advertised continental breakfast had been discontinued a couple months ago and there was no onsite laundry facility.

− My door kept locking me out, and the staff member stood inside my room trying to fix it which made me uncomfortable because he just stayed there even when he knew he couldn’t fix it. He also asked me what my social media was and as a young girl that made me very uncomfortable.
