− That I had to pay for parking and nobody told me. I didn't know till I looked at my receipt after leaving.
It met my needs
8.0− WIFI didn't work for me because my name was spelled wrong and they could not change it. I came to the desk to check out and there was an employee that came out at the same time and I felt ignored. The employee left and another employee came up and again I was ignored until they were done.
