5.0First night 6/6 to 6/8 room was typical.
− Clean up neighborhood. Homeless people everywhere, walking in road, using the sidewalk for a toilet.
Eh so so but won’t go back.
5.0Modern finishes in the rooms and walking distance to Sutter Health Park.
− Front desk staff not friendly. When they say “everything in the room is complimentary” it makes you think you’re getting something special but it was a miniature bottle of warm water. Things that are easily fixed not working in room. Clogged sink, no AC, mini fridge didn’t cool. Room echoed, needs warmth. Oh and it’s a small adjustment with an Allen key to fix the toilet paper holder.
