8.0The house is beautiful and was close to the Windmill Winery, which is what we needed. We're not too picky about sheet quality, but the sheets on the bed were really scratchy. The bedrooms could also use fans. We almost bought some at Walmart. I'd be concerned to rent this too far in advance, as the house is currently for sale.
