The location was great! Very central to stores, gas, and eateries. Easily accessible to the highway. There was a male staff member cleaning in the hallway when we were leaving for check out and he was nice. He warned us about the wet floor and told us safe travels.

− Upon arrival, staff discussed how they attempted to call me to confirm my stay; unfortunately, I didn't notice because I was traveling. I was told that the hotel was overbooked however I was okay to check into the hotel. While checking in, another staff placed a call to another customer and told them their reservation had been cancelled due to not having any rooms left. Very unprofessional that I even heard that. The rooms had no supplies to use in the kitchenette (utensils, basic cookware, cups.) Usually these are amenties for suite-style rooms. We spent very little time in our room and when we came back late, no housekeeping had been done or no new towels. There were two flat pillows on the bed and the linen was thin and the best was the worse I had slept in. We made the best of the stay because we knew we were spending most of our time outside of the hotel.

Didn't get a chance to be stay

− A few hours before check-in I received a phone call notifying me they overbooked and that was it. No possible sister property or anything. We luckily found accommodations elsewhere.
