Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. However, there is significant room for improvents.
6.0Overall, my experience was good. I like the staffs and they were good. The rooms were properly cleaned so as the toilets. The rooms are compact and comfortable for a single traveler, but they may feel small for families. I am not sure whether larger room options are available. Therefore, I would recommend contacting the hotel directly before booking to confirm the room size and other facilities based on your requirements.
− I was disappointed with the early check-in charge of ₹600. Although it was reduced to ₹500 after multiple requests, the process was not very pleasant. Another concern was the drinking water policy. Since I stayed for two nights, I expected complimentary water bottles to be provided for both days. However, I was charged for the second bottle supplied on the second day, which was unexpected. I did not order any food from the hotel, so I am unable to comment on the food quality or service.
