2.0The male who was at the desk the night of Oct 8 was incredible hostile and aggressive in which I have him on video yelling at both my husband and I. He demanded a $60 deposit but my cards "mysteriously" weren't working, so I needed to give him cash. He claimed it was because of people smoking in rooms, but when I checked out, I got my cash back without them even checking my room, so no idea why he was ranting and raving so much about a measly $60. Also, the rooms were disgusting. We didn't have soap in our shower and when we asked for someone to come, a woman went in, did nothing, and then tried to come back around 11pm when we were sleeping. The whole experience was awful. I would not recommend.

6.0Room was clean, staffing was very nice. But the area was very loud. And my neighbor was very loud and at night but overall it was a okay experience.
