− everything, room size is very small breakfast, food was really bad, it was served like stale, other tourist also did not like food, everyone was complaining

4.0− L'accueil de l'hôtel est à améliorer, on a l'impression de déranger. L'hôtel est froid et semble vide. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est à améliorer en qualité et variété.
Gawaling hotel is a great place to stay if you are going to Leh
9.0Very comfortable spacious room, with view of snow capped mountains. Hotel is in a great location where there was a short walk to the centre. The best part of the stay were the staff, particularly Ashwani and Munish on reception. Nothing was too much trouble and they were able to help me with excursions and transfers to/from the airport. They were both not only very competent and knowledgeable in their role, but also very friendly with a sense of humour. They made my stay very enjoyable and memorable . and they are a credit to the hotel.
