7.0The video games were fun. Everything was adequate and met our needs
− The patio cushions were so soiled and there was a knife on a cushion and a dental floss stick laying by the pool. The photos were deceiving
Aside from the issues we enjoyed our time at Cocoa Beach. We would go again just not at that rental property
5.0Location was great not too far from the beach. My kids loved having the games and foosball table. The pool was a nice size and very warm water.
− Hall bathroom shower couldn’t be used- the tub was clogged and filled up with water when we tried. The scatter rugs throughout the house are very slippery and not secured to the floor, my kids slipped and fell on them a lot. Rotting mangoes in the backyard pool area made a nice area for bugs, not so nice for us to sit out and enjoy the sun and backyard. Pots and pans that were there had a film of grease on them like they’d never been washed. The driveway bricks were separated and we were afraid that it would damage our tires.
