Incrível a demora pra liberar nossa entrada.

− Não entendo o demora em poder entrar nos aptos. Sistema do ibis é muito arcaico. Além de não ter recebido a reserva nossa pelo booking o que causou mais espera e stress na nossa hospedagem.
