− staff demanded additional money at checkin saying the requested room is not available. offered to shift me to a downgraded, badly maintained room at the same price so i have to take deal at the last minute.

10.0Staff are well-behaved and cooperative. They take calls whenever I require. They give breakfast on time. The room is clean, but the towels are very old and need to be changed. Other all things is average. I am totally satisfied with the staff's behavior.

− Stuffs are tricky, didnt like their renting policy. they increased the price as soon as they understand we planned to stay longer.
