Don’t waste your money.
4.0Poor maintenance, needs better up keep. Stain carpet throughout the building with a horrible smell. Pillows smell like old sweat. Entrance and building falling apart. Gym was unkept. Multiple machines out of service. Pool tables and basketball court not readily available. Theater was dirty. Checkout is at 11am but when we return from the gym at 10am our key card was deactivated.

6.0Everything is old and rundown the company Bel-Air is saying this is a luxury place. It’s far from luxury. Everything is stuck in the 70s including the pool chairs two just not happy with the facility at all

8.0We have stayed here at least once a year for the last 15 years and have always had a great experience. I was a little disappointed that I didn't really have hot water for a shower and there was no hair dryer or safe in the room this time. I definitely will come back as even these little things do not change the way I feel about the property.
