8.0Beautifully restored common areas and exterior. Really well done. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
− Rooms were a little beat up, mattress was hard as a rock, could hear people above us walking around (to be expected in a historic hotel, still didn’t love it), and people talking in alley outside window until early morning hours.

9.0− The windows are very dirty. The food quality in the restaurant was sub-par and they don't offer breakfast. They should provide a historical brochure of the property in every room.

It’s a great place to visit and look around at the FLW touches.
8.0Such an iconic place to stay!
− The bathroom we had could use some attention. The sink is cracked tho it does not appear to leak. Thought it was a long hair in the bowl. lol The mirror is mounted really close to the outside wall and it makes it hard to stand directly in front of it when using it. Minor stuff maybe but you asked.
