10.0Everything was perfect, the room was perfect and the beds were so comfortable. The pool was nice, not too cold and my kids loved it. The breakfast was great. I will always choose this hotel as my go to.

10.0Simple, neat, and clean. With minimal fabric in the rooms, I didn't worry about potential bed bugs. The staff was friendly.
− When I tried calling to make a reservation the receptionist quoted me something different than I saw online. I asked to speak to a supervisor and waited over 20 minutes. Eventually I hung up and made the reservation online.

8.0The breakfast was good. The location is good, just 20 mins into downtown Milwaukee. The bed was comfortable, pillows were okay.
− The noise was a lot! You hear the people walking above you, as well the freeway noises.
