8.0Boa opção de hospedagem na região (no caso fui trabalhar em Holambra), bom custo benefício, equipe muito disponível e simpática. Poderia melhorar alguns itens estruturais como chuveiro (peguei o dia mais frio do ano e não esquentou direito)

10.0Achei o flat muito bom no geral. O quarto que reservei não tem foto dele no hotéis.com. Achei bem pequeno mas como eu queria apenas para dormir atendeu bem. O café da manhã é bem simples mas atende o necessário.
