− La réactivité du personnel quand j’ai eu un problème avec la douche. L’accueil le soir de l’un des employés, très froid et pas très aidant. Et surtout : le parking est une catastrophe absolue.

− It took almost 30 minutes to get our car from the valet, I wouldn’t have minded except parking is $60 a night, so service should be stellar.

not for family nothing for kids to do looks great for a single person or business environment

clean this is for below box room was not as advertised staff was not focused check in the girl was focused on how many bottles of water i got ….i didn’t ask for any put them on counter walked away never told me room number or any other logistic information used valet $60 a night insane price was doing a cross country drive leaving early in morning asked if valet was available….valet didn’t know front desk didn’t know at 0300 went to get truck and no one monitors front desk did answer and got someone but took about 15 minutes plus

Poor administration and bookkeeping lead to incorrect charges on our cards

− Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with check-in and the charges of our stay due to poor, negligent administration on behalf of the staff. Upon check-in, we were given three different amounts to pay (all of which differed from the price confirmed on Booking.com when we booked), one of which was even 100,000.00 USD due to the staff using incorrect punctuation (!) Upon checkout, we were initially told there was an outstanding balance even though we'd already paid at checkin. We corrected the staff member, to which she replied "you're all set". One day later my card was charged an additional amount AFTER checkout, an amount I did not owe and which the hotel did not inform me about prior to charging my card. Unacceptable. This caused unnecessary stress and the need to do damage control with the hotel staff, whom we had to call to explain the whole situation again. Especially for the amount a guest pays to stay in this hotel, this kind of incorrect bookkeeping is really not OK.
