4.0− Guests in room above mine, which was 213, played loud music with a drum beat that rocked my room from around 7 pm to after 1 am. I called reception to complaint twice and it was turned down for 5 minutes around 11:30 and 12:30 , then resumed. At 1 am I requested a room change so I could sleep, and none was available. After that I went to the door of the room myself and there were 4 men inside and requested they turn down the music, They did for again, for about 5 minutes. Ear plugs did not help, I took a sleeping pill and fell asleep near1:30 am with only 4 1/2 hrs of sleep that night which adversely affected my actvity the next day. I had a stroke in March, and was unable to walk well enough to be in the parade yet at home I was walking up and down hills 2 miles a day. Also the restaurant had not been opened yet, the food was poor at breakfast, no advertised bacon just hard boiled eggs, and tater tots, No handicap accessible entrance, I had to climb eight or so stairs with my luggage, fortunately there was a handrail.
The room was comfortable. Staff was friendly.
