− Loud bands every night literally vibrating my bed from the 6th floor could NOT sleep either night we were there, horrible elevator staff rammed the cart onto the elevator breaking out items, shower was way too hot felt like lava, freezing room, sketchy location with zero parking, no stair access we have sensitivities to elevators and the doors to the stairs were locked, couldn't use the trash cans in the room because there were no trash bags, even with the do not disturb sign on the door housekeeping came in anyway when the sign is on the handle it means DO NOT COME IN.

− TV turned on at 4am for no reason. Couldn’t find remote to shut it off. Ruined our stay
