1.0Everything but the staff
− The staff told me I could pay late but then suddenly showed up to kick me out. I had a service dog with me that was approved to be there the previous day but then they accused me of sneaking him in and accused him of not being a service dog because he was whining during a verbal altercation i was having with the owner. I was given 15 minutes to leave or threatened with police. They claimed I did not have permission to be there even though I had asked the front desk worker myself if I could pay late and she said it was okay.

1.0I like the fact that they didn't give me crap about changing my rooms.
− When I checked in my room it smelled old. Every time I used the bathroom, I had to take the top off of the tank to and mess with the plastic thing inside just to flush 😒 then the toilet stopped up 🤨by that time I asked to be changed to another room, got in that room just to find ants crawling all in the bed and in between the sheets. Worse experience I ever had at a hotel.
