− The water drain was clogged in the washroom and the bathroom drain was clogged. The room size was a bit smaller than expected.

− Initial reception was lovely Desk staff was not nice (needs training) she treated me & my guest as if we were begging for a room, she was very pompous!! She needs to know "customer is king" I ordered 2 rooms & had evidence of booking.com confirmation number yet still they did not honour the rooms. They only allocated 1 room. It was not a good experience.
