Ok, but...
6.0Well built home. Good communication from owner. Needs several improvements. The water has an odor. Great mattress in the master, in need of some new pillows and quilt. Right half of couch in living area collapses when leaned against. Spigot in second bathroom wobbles. Lovely pool and and outdoor kitchen. Believe the owner will attend to these fixes and make this place great!
