No remote for TV. Shower did not work. Staff support was non existent. This deserves a refund .
2.0Location was convenient. Room was clean. Bed was good.
− The room was not have TV remote. I went to the front desk and staff provided me with 2.different ones. I was not able to operate the TV to watch programming and the woman in charge could not provide assistance, stating that the person that handles that was gone for the day. I woke up early to take a shower, as I had an early appointment. I tried to take a shower, but the shower head did not work. I tried to get help from the front desk but no one was at the office. When I called the front desk for support I was hung up on, This was a complete nightmare. My room number was number 20. I believe I deserve a refund,

− Curtains falling off. No bottom sheet on bed. Toilet flush handle was on backwards.Had to ask for more towels.
The accommodations were meager the hotel did not have the basic essentials and amenities required
2.0Location was good Air conditioner did work really well
− Shower didn’t work There was no comforter on top of the sheets of the bed No ice in the room or on the site TV went on, but did not work The two pillows that were provided were very cheap and flat Tenant that was living next-door, most likely as a permanent residence decided to feed some small animals right out in front of my door overnight There were no plastic cups at all in the room or glasses

− With a little effort the place could be better than it is. We would stay there again.
No TV and no shower and no staff on premesis after sundown. Awful.
