The house although old and in need of repairs is cute. The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable & the bedrooms and 2 small bathrooms were clean. Other living areas of the house could have been cleaned more thoroughly. There are 5 TVs in the house & outdoor areas. The 2 outside would not even turn on. The main tv in the family room area & bedroom TVs would not connect to WiFi because the network name & password clearly displayed in the Guest Binder and also various places in the home, was wrong. Communication to speak to someone to correct the situation was frustrating and we finally found the issue ourselves after several days when we went to reset the router that was tucked away in the “office” and noticed it had a totally different network name & password on the label. We also couldn’t locate the remotes for the ceiling fans and the outdoor fairy lights. Things were not where they were supposed to be per the Guest Binder. We were also told by the Management Company, Evolve, that they were working to compensate us for the issues and we never heard another word from them. We were only in the house in the evenings, so overall it worked for our needs.
