10.0The resort is very well maintained and clean. The pool is big and water was refreshing. Nice to have both indoor and outdoor pool. Close to town. Staff very friendly and helpful.
− I liked the resort. The only thing that could use improvement is how the guest rooms are decorated. They definitely are ready for an update/upgrade. Furniture is well maintained, but old.
I love Door County and Sister Bay but not impressed with Birchwood. Lose the big tub in the room.
5.0The location, the facility was clean and although the pool hours were not good it was nice.
− The older lady at the front desk was unpleasant. The big tub in the middle of the room is a dealbreaker
Comfortable stay in a great location
8.0Location was perfect, walking easily to downtown Sister Bay. They offered shuttle service as well.
− No breakfast included. Also was very pricey
