8.0O café da manhã é um dos melhores que já tomei, e tenho muita experiência em viagens, o quarto era confortável e a equipe de funcionários bastante atenciosa.

10.0Excelente local, são 3 hotéis conectados, equipe muito atenciosa, um café da manhã incrível e que tem até uma chef preparando algo que não esteja no buffet. Boa localização, uns 10, 15 minutos do Centro de Capivari, só senti falta de um frigobar no quarto. Mas a estadia foi perfeita

Péssimas condições
2.0Chalé premium sem o mínimo conforto, acessibilidade e segurança. Banheiro da suíte com cheiro ruim, vaso sanitário vazando e esquadrias do nicho do chuveiro energizadas (choque ao tomar banho). Outro banheiro com água fria, forçando familiares a tomarem banho gelado no frio de Campos do Jordão em pleno inverno. Instalações elétricas do chalé em péssimas condições, com fios e tomadas aparentes, com risco iminente de acidente. Toalhas em péssimas condições e sujas, mesmo após solicitação de troca. Bucha, pano de prato e apetrechos de cozinha em péssimas condições, Escada de acesso ao chalé com degrau quebrado. Quadro de energia elétrica do chalé dentro do banheiro. Enfim, muito ruim. Atendimento péssimo logo ao chegar. Depois da reclamação, ofereceram 2 quartos para 4 pessoas (estávamos em 5), com acréscimo de R$ 2.400,00) ou cancelamento da reserva de 3 diárias de férias às 17:23 h. Ou seja, mínimo de consideração com o cliente. Sugiro que as instalações do chalé premium sejam interditadas, pois não oferecem o mínimo de segurança e destoam do restante do hotel (conjunto de 3 pousadas).
