− The faucet in bathroom splashed water backwards. Fridge wasn't working all the time.

− The rooms were exceptionally small. A person had to step aside to pass one another. I hated the barn door on the bathroom.

10.0Great location, just one stop away on the metro from the city centre. Breakfasts were amazing, a big shout out to Carl in the kitchen, thank you! Rick in the bar went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always friendly and anticipating what we would like without having to ask, a huge asset to the hotel, thank you! Andy in reception was really helpful when we asked for a late check out, thank you! All in all, it's the staff that make this hotel what it is, thank you again!
− The invoice system could be better, very complicated to understand, two A4 sheets! Plus we were charged extra for car parking when we had returned our hire car. But this was rectified by a pleasant member of the reception staff, very helpful.
